Optima Studio

Like many business start-ups or relocations, Optima needed to establish themselves quickly in the local economy - to be seen as a professional, innovative and quality supplier of health coaching and training. Constrained by time and with a modest budget, Optima approached us to see if we could help deliver a brand identity and supporting materials to help them hit the ground running as soon as possible.

Our first project was to create a brand. Something that visually described the service and would appeal to a corporate audience as much as an individual. Working through the usual development phases in monochrome and later working up a select few for market testing, we ultimately achieved a logo, a colour theme and a tone of voice for the brand that we could then apply to the letterhead and business cards that were urgently required.

Following on quickly from the brand development, we began work on the Optima website. We first planned out a structure and objective plan with the client, so we could achieve their aims and to add the best value we could to the site within the budget and time available. The end result shows how we applied the branding theme to the site and how we we able to integrate social media functionality and a full content management system allowing the client to update and enhance the site on a "as required" basis. Modest search engine optimisation and submission followed to help establish the site and to enable the client to begin the process of achieving a return on their investment as quickly as possible. At the time of writing this case study, the client has recived 5 new clients in 19 weeks as a direct result of the website.
